EVENTS
As we began 2020, we resolved to help you be a better conservation advocate. And we remain committed to this promise in 2021, even during the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.
In March 2020, we launched a series of online educational events for students and adults that we called Live from the FIELD, which are available on our YouTube channel. We will continue to offer these virtual lessons in upcoming months so continue to check back!
We also just began the Conservation Cafeteria, an online conversational lunch series that we’ll host on the first Wednesday of every month. These are deep but casual dives into areas of our program work that you want to know more about. Our first was in August 2020 and was a look at the impending release of the Bureau of Land Management’s Rock Springs Resource Management Plan and what that means for over three million acres of public lands in Wyoming — including the Red Desert. We’ve held these monthly meetings ever since.
Make sure you’re signed up for our email list in order to receive the most up to date information about our upcoming event opportunities and resources to help you speak with confidence in defense of the Wyoming you love.
